Production company Lyrical Animation has partnered with YouTuber MoistCr1TiKaL and game developer Jagex to create an animated series based on the video game RuneScape, according to reports from Tubefilter, GamesRadar+, and Dexerto. Tubefilter and GamesRadar+ both reported that Lyrical Animation is also developing a film adaptation of the video game Bloodborne. That movie project is being produced in partnership with creator Jacksepticeye, making RuneScape the studio's second major gaming adaptation involving a prominent YouTube personality. [1][2]

White, who also releases content under the handle penguinz0, is an American streamer and actor who focuses on commentary videos about video games and internet culture. He co-founded the esports group Moist Esports, serves as a co-owner of Shopify Rebellion, and is a member of the musical duo the Gentle Men. [5]

The game Bloodborne was created by developer FromSoftware and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation 4 in 2015. The title follows a Hunter navigating the Victorian-era city of Yharnam to uncover the source of a local disease while fighting beasts. [4]
