Google is changing its product support portal by replacing detailed support articles with AI-generated summaries and a direct chatbot interface, Digital Trends reported. The new setup is called Ask Google Help and provides condensed troubleshooting answers. It was originally reported by 9to5Google, according to Digital Trends. [1]

Under the new system, users landing on the Google Help portal are directed to an AI chat interface rather than navigating traditional support links, Digital Trends reported. Users can type follow-up questions directly to Google's Gemini chatbot to troubleshoot account and product issues. [1]

A chatbot is a software application or web interface built to converse via text or speech, functioning as a conversation partner. Software powered by fine-tuned large language models, including Gemini, is frequently used to manage customer service, support tasks, and virtual assistance. [8][10]

Separately, Engadget and Mashable both reported that Google DeepMind researchers published a paper detailing how four Gemini 4 Argon AI agents defeated the Ender Dragon in Minecraft without human intervention. Mashable noted that the paper was posted on October 15, and the agents completed the task in 27 hours and 14 minutes after 605 deaths. [2][3]
